Please join us for our Appreciation Dinner in Crystal Lake, IL on December 02, 2023. For Room Reservations please call the hotel directly at 815-477-7000 and request the IL C.O.P.S. room block. Illinois C.O.P.S. will pay for one hotel room per Illinois Survivor/Current Board member household for two nights.

You are responsible for your own cancelations. 

Hotel reservations are due prior to November 17th, 2023.

In order to get an accurate count for the dinner and the kids craft time, we need you to go to click the link at the bottom to RSVP how many are attending the dinner, any dietary concerns, names and ages of the children (under 18 even if they are not participating in the kids crafts), and if you would like to have survivor hotel room reimbursement
