C.O.P.S. Co-Workers for Couples Retreat is planned for surviving co-workers, active or retired, and their spouse/domestic partner *(21 years or older) of law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty, as determined by C.O.P.S. criteria.

Participation Award of $150 will automatically be sent to all survivors who qualify under PSOB guidelines and who fully attend Hands On Retreats after confirmation has been received from the National Office of Attendance. Co-Workers and thier significant other that attend will have to let the Treasurer know as their participation is private and names are not to given the the board.
Travel Assistance Request – Complete if travel exceeds the $150 Hands on Program Participation Award if elegible under PSOB guidelines.
