Please join us for our Annual Membership Meeting and Elections.  Lunch will be served from noon until 1:00 p.m. with the meeting to immediately follow.  Elections will be at the end of the meeting. 

UPDATED ELECTION INFORMATION: If you would like to serve on the 2024 Illinois C.O.P.S. Chapter Board you must have attended (either in person or via Zoom) the December 02, 2023 Meeting.

The term of the board is for 2 years. All those interested in serving on the Illinois C.O.P.S. Board must submit either an email or a physical letter. The email must be received no later than February 10, 2024 and be sent to electionchair@ilcops.org. The letter must be received by February 15, 2024 and postmarked by February 10, 2024. The letter should be mailed to Election Committee, Illinois C.O.P.S., 7 Hunter Ct, Montgomery, IL. 60538. The positions open are the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Executive Liaison. Please indicate in your email/letter what position(s) you are interested in running for. Remember only one notice of intent is needed either email or a physical letter, but both must be received or postmarked by February 10, 2024.

National C.O.P.S. has granted a change regarding the voting process, the Zoom Voting restrictions have been lifted, therefore, if you attend the March 02, 2024, meeting in person or via Zoom, AND you are eligible to vote as per the guidelines outlined in the Chapter SOP'S you can vote in the March 02, 2024, election.
