Terry Roderick
Terry  has been in law enforcement since 1991 and is currently a Deputy Sheriff with the Sangamon County (IL) Sheriff’s Office.  He is also the Honor Guard coordinator of the Illinois Police Officer Memorial Committee.  Terry is one of the organizers for the Illinois C.O.P.S. ‘Cycle Across Illinois“.  One of Terry’s greatest roles and memories has been serving as a mentor at COPS Kid’s Camp for the past several years.  Terry is also trained to assist with the filing for Public Safety Officers Benefit (PSOB) claims.  You may reach Terry by email at
Debbie Wiseman
Vice President
Debbie is a surviving sister of Iowa State Trooper Mark Toney (EOW 9/20/11). Mark was killed in an automobile accident near Indianola, Iowa.  She has been active in our chapter with chairing our Sunshine Committee and our Sibling Committee.  She has attended Traumas of Law Enforcement training, Sibling retreats, COPS chapter training and participated in the COPS Walk Midwest. Jennifer Morales
Jennifer is the surviving spouse of DC Metro Transit Police Officer Marlon Morales (EOW June 13, 2001) who was shot by a fare evader at the U-Street-Cardoza metro station in Washington, DC on June 10, 2001.  Marlon succumbed to his wounds on June 13, 2001, their son, Jeramy’s 11th birthday.  Their other children; Josh was 8 and Meghan was just 3 weeks old.  Jennifer became involved in the Washington, DC chapter as the correspondence secretary.  After the trial was finished in 2004, Jennifer and her children moved back to her hometown in Illinois.  She and several other survivors held the first meeting in January of 2005.  Jennifer served as our initial president and continued to serve for several years.  She has attended National Police Week, Spouse’s Retreat, COPS Kid’s Camp, Chapter Training, and CISM training.  You can email Jennifer at
Eric Stacy 
Eric has been in law enforcement for 13 years with both the Cahokia and Granite City Police Departments. Eric is currently a Police Officer with the Granite City Police Department (near St. Louis).  Eric became an affected co-worker following the death of police officer Jeremy Chambers (EOW 04-24-06) when they worked together at the Cahokia Police Department. Eric has previously served as the chapter Executive Liaison Officer.  He is also trained to assist police department’s with their  Public Safety Officers Benefit (PSOB) claims.  You may reach Eric by email at
Keith Dorwart
Executive Liaison Chair
Keith is the surviving son of Morgan County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Craig Dorwart (EOW 04/05/94). Keith has been in law enforcement 5 years serving as a police officer for Knoxville (TN) Police Department before joining the Illinois State Police in 2017. Keith previously served as IL C.O.P.S. Vice President and Middle & East TN C.O.P.S. Liaison Officer. Keith has been involved in C.O.P.S. events including: Kids Camp (survivor and mentor), Outward Bound, Traumas of Law Enforcement, and IL C.O.P.S. Cycle Across Illinois. Keith is also trained to assist police departments with their Public Safety Officers Benefit (PSOB) claims.  As the chapter’s Executive Liaison Officer, Keith is responsible for fostering our relationships with law enforcement agencies throughout Illinois.  You may reach Keith by email at
