Eternal Flame Award Nominations

Please submit a nomination for an individual, business, and/or Department you feel has demonstrated a commitment to the Illinois Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors. Since our survivors are the backbone to our C.O.P.S. family, it would be too hard to pick individuals to recognize; therefore, they are excluded from consideration of the award – as they are all award winners!
Eternal Flame Award History
In 2007, the chapter board decided to create the Eternal Flame Award.  This annual award recognizes certain individuals, businesses and agencies who have demonstrated a significant and deep commitment to the Illinois chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors. The award is presented each year at the chapter’s Annual Appreciation Dinner in December.  The chapter is indebted to the numerous individuals, organizations and agencies for their commitment to “keeping the memories of our fallen officers burning bright”.
